PreK & Kindergarten Camp is set for July 13–17! 🎒 ☀️ Incoming PreK and Kindergarten students registered for the 2026–2027 school year are encouraged to attend for a fun week of learning, routines, and getting ready for a great school year ahead. Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day. 💙

Fifth graders from our elementary schools toured Bayou View Middle School today as they prepare for the next step in their educational journey. Students explored campus, met staff, and got a firsthand look at middle school life ahead of the new school year in July! 💙🧡

Free summer meals are returning! ☀️🍎 Beginning Monday, June 8, through July 17, the Gulfport School District Child Nutrition Department will provide free breakfast and lunch for children 18 and under, and 21 and younger if disabled, at select school locations across the district. No registration is required, and adult lunches will be available for $3.75. For more information, visit gulfportschools.org. Fifth-grade science class at Bayou View Elementary got a little messy - in the BEST way! 🌊🛢️ After learning about natural vs. man-made disasters, students created their own version of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill and put our scientific skills to the test! Students had a blast experimenting with different materials to see which could clean up the oil the best!
