BVE General Schedule
 

7:00 A.M.

Students may begin arriving on campus. Students who arrive between 7:00 A.M. and 7:20 A.M. must report to the classrrom or the cafeteria (if eating breakfast).  Breakfast will be served in the cafeteria from 7:00 A.M. until 7:20 A.M.  Any students arriving on campus between 7:20 A.M. and 7:28 A.M. must report directly to classrooms.

7:28 A.M.

Student doors are locked at this time, giving students time to be seated and ready for announcements at 7:28 A.M.  All students arriving after 7:28 A.M. are considered tardy, and must be signed-in by an adult (in person) at the front office.

7:30 A.M.

Instruction begins at this time.

2:20 P.M.

Kindergarten and First grade students (those without older siblings) are dismissed to the front porch for dismissal.

2:25 P.M.

Bus students are dismissed to buses.

2:30 P.M.

All remaining students are dismissed.

 **On 60% days, dismissal for all students is at 11:30 A.M.**

The school will not assume responsibility for children on the school grounds before 7:00 A.M.  Students not picked up by 3:00 P.M. will be sent to the after-school program.  A fee of $6.00 will be charged to the parents for daycare services.  Our main concern is for the safety of your child; therefore, parents must make arrangements for the proper arrival and departure times of their children.  Students on campus prior to the opening of school will be unsupervised.  Please do not bring or send your child to school prior to 7:00 A.M.
